ARTTIC
Founded in 1987, ARTTIC is the leading European group providing consultancy and management services to international research technology and related partnerships.
ARTTIC is highly specialised and provides exclusively services related to the set-up and management of European R&D collaborations, and only in the specific sectors where its consultants have valuable expertise: IT, telecommunications, transports, education, health, biotechnologies, automotive industry, aeronautics, industrial technologies, new materials and microelectronics.
Over the last 20 years, ARTTIC has successfully supported over 100 projects with operational project management services and gained an unequalled experience and skills in the management of European RTD collaborations. The total staff of ARTTIC France accounts to 35 persons who are all fully dedicated to support international project management. ARTTIC has a unique expertise in the various operational management tasks, including day-to-day project coordination, financial and contractual administration, management of IPR issues, editing of technical and management reports, logistics, information dissemination activities including web publishing etc.
ARTTIC’s experience includes management of large collaborative projects as service provider to European programmes such as IST ESPRIT, BRITE EURAM, Telematics, Transport and Environment programmes. In FP6, ARTTIC is involved in the management of several Integrated Projects, STREPS and a Network of Excellence in the Priority Areas “Life Sciences, Genomics and Biotechnology for Health”, “Information Society Technologies”, “Aeronautics and Space”, “Nanotechnologies, Materials and Production” and “Transport”. The services provided include support to one of the largest Integrated Projects in the FP6, aeronautics project “VIVACE” with 63 partner organisations.
Annette Ringwald
Annette Ringwald has been working for ARTTIC since 2001 as a project manager, being in charge of several FP5 and FP6 projects. She works also on project setting-up and proposal writing. Before joining ARTTIC, Annette accumulated several working experiences in the field of communications. Annette studied Political Sciences, French and French-German relations in Freiburg/Germany and Paris/France, and holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges/Belgium.
Wolfgang Läpple
Wolfgang Läpple is ARTTIC’s Consultant in Germany. He has a very long experience in industrial industry positions. Passing the university-examination as an engineer, Wolfgang worked for 14 years as Production Manager and for 6 years in the electronics industry as a General Manager and leader of research and development in SME specialising image processing and digital printing. In this time he has managed successfully several national and international projects and also an EC-project as co-ordinator in a previous framework programme.
